Who we are
Chief is a product of ITSEC LLC FZ, a company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers the hellochief.ai website. How Chief handles your company's Microsoft 365 data is set out in your contract and data processing agreement.
What we collect on this website
Only what you send us in the demo or waiting-list form (your name, work email, company, company size and message), the time you sent it and the network address it came from. We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To confirm your email address, answer your request and arrange a demo or your start. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Your request is stored in Chief's database on Microsoft Azure in the UAE North region and shared with the ITSEC team in Microsoft Teams. The confirmation email is sent with Microsoft 365. This website is hosted by Lovable.
How long we keep it
We keep your request as a record of our contact with you. Ask us if you want it changed or removed from our active records.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us not to contact you again. Write to sales@itsecnow.com.
