What this role uses
Questions
No. Chief keeps your company's working hours. Outside them only security notices and real emergencies get through, and Chief never phones anyone between 23:00 and 08:00.
No. Anything addressed to a client, supplier, regulator or anyone outside your company waits until a person in your company approves it, usually with one click in Teams. For email, Chief writes drafts and a person sends them.
Only you. Your chats, reminders and what Chief remembers about you are not visible to colleagues, including people in your own team. Chief keeps an audit log of the actions it takes, such as sending a message or booking a meeting, so your company can check what Chief did and when.
